Consultants
Our Consultants are practitioners and researchers with strong methodological and practice specific expertise. Form part of transdisciplinary teams to solve today's development problems.
Analysts
Analysts support our research activities by conducting data analysis tasks on large datasets. This often involves analyzing a group of dimensions relevant to the given assignment. Analysts also conduct preliminary literature reviews on assigned topics and draft briefings for other members of the consulting team.
Associate Consultants
Associate Consultants are full members of the consulting team and actively engage in the design and implementation of all research activities. Typically, Associate Consultants have 1-3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
Consultants
Consultants are often responsible for a given domain of a research activity or for an entire engagement. They lead in the design and implementation of research activities and the management of other team members involved in the assignment. Typically, Consultants have 3-4 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
Senior Consultants
Senior Consultants are often responsible for an entire client engagement. They lead in the design and implementation of research activities and the management of other team members involved in the assignment. Typically, Senior Consultants have 4-15 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.

Through our training workshops we provide an introduction to monitoring and evaluation and hands on experience supporting a research study. We also partner with experienced professionals from different disciplines to address current development problems.

In terms of academic qualifications our requirements are as follows:
Data Collectors: Bachelors Degree
Analysts: Bachelors Degree
Operational Staff: Bachelors or Masters Degree
Consulting Roles: Masters Degree or PhD
