Eva Bolza-Schünemann

James
Systems & Evaluation Specialist
James has over 10 years of experience in systems and evaluation. He has supported the design and implementation of MEL systems, including the development of dashboard, for health, education, and human rights programs. James significance coordinating data collection activities across Sub-Saharan Africa, ensuring close alignment with intended research design requirements. James holds a MSc in Information Systems from the University of Nairobi and a BA in Economics from Moi University.
Chimwemwe
Gender & Evaluation Officer
Chimwemwe has 7 years experience advancing gender equality, safeguarding, and social inclusion. She is experienced in participatory research, civil society strengthening, safeguarding system design, and gender-responsive programming. Chimwemwe works to ensure evaluations and systems are gender and youth empowering. Chimwemwe holds a Bachelor of Science in Gender Studies from the University of Malawi and is currently completing her Masters in Women, Children, and Nature Rights.
Rachel
Senior Advisor, Disability
Rachel has more than ten years’ experience in international disability inclusive development. She is also an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning manager with extensive knowledge and practice in the development of theory of change models, results frameworks, monitoring tools and systems for disability inclusive projects. Rachel provides technical advice to One South on disability research. She has worked across Africa, Asia, and the UK. Rachel holds a MSc in Disability Studies from the University College of London.

Andrés
Founding Member
Andrés has over 12 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL). He has led evaluations of health, education, and advocacy programs in Africa, Asia and Latin America. He specializes in theory of change design, capacity building, and multi-stakeholder coordination and alignment. He holds a MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Tariq
Founding Member
Tariq has over 12 years of experience in evaluation, policy research, and organizational development. He has a proven track record in board and impact reporting, multi-country evaluation, research, strategic planning, and operations. He holds a MSc in IR Theory from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is completing his PhD in Public Policy where his research focuses on aid administration and human rights.

Senior Consultant
Eva has over 10 years of experience in development management, private sector development, and evaluation. She has supported projects in education, economic empowerment, and health across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Eva holds a MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Economics from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS).
