Operational Support Staff
Operational Support provides support coordinating, monitoring, and managing data collection activities and information systems. They are often experienced development professionals with a background in logistics, human resources, and/or finance.
Field Managers
Field Managers are responsible for coordinating large-scale data collection activities. This includes the development and management of the deployment schedule, as well as the continual monitoring of data collection progress (cases sampled, attrition) through tools and protocols. Field Managers manage the logistics and organization of data collection and supervise enumerators day-to-day in conducting field activities.
Field Officers
Field Officers often work under the Field Manager to coordinate and monitor data collection activities, often at a sub-national level (e.g. province or district). Field Officers also maintain databases to monitor data collection progress.
Data Clerks
Data Clerks provide support with the development and maintenance of project datasets. They often also support with data cleaning and merging activities.

Data Collectors: Bachelors Degree
Analysts: Bachelors Degree
Operational Staff: Bachelors or Masters Degree
Consulting Roles: Masters Degree or PhD
